This bundling is what kills the pure replacement thesis for AI-native vendors. A Clay or an Apollo or a Gong cannot win on price-per-seat against a bundled-into-existing-seat agent. They have to win on either (a) capability the incumbent doesn't yet match, (b) data the incumbent doesn't have, or (c) workflow the incumbent's agent doesn't perform. As later parts will document, the AI-native cohort is winning on all three — but only because the incumbent's agents are still relatively narrow.
